DALLAS, TX - A child was rushed to the hospital following a hit-and-run in southeast Dallas on Wednesday morning.
According to a report by NBC DFW, the 12-year-old victim was struck in the area of Lake June Road and Amity Lane.
The child was rushed to a local hospital with an injury to his ankle.
The driver involved fled the scene before first responders arrived. No additional information on the suspect or their vehicle is available at this time.
